Buffalo Salmon Burgers

Buffalo Salmon Burger (on the right)

Love Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches? Here’s my take on that favorite sandwich using Salmon!

Ingredients:
2 (5 ounce) No Name Salmon Fillets
1 Kraft Blue Cheese Dry Mix (1.25 ounces)
¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 Egg
¾ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
4 TB Butter
Directions:
In a food processor, pulse the salmon fillets until ground.  In a bowl, combine salmon, blue cheese mix, buffalo wing sauce and egg.  Once combined add panko breadcrumbs and form into ½ cup patties.

In a nonstick pan add butter and bring to medium heat.  Grill burgers 3 minutes on each side.
Makes 4 Burgers
