I use a jelly roll pan (this is a cookie sheet with edges) to assemble to Pizza Pull Apart Bread. I also put a piece of parchment paper down because sometimes cheese squeezes out during baking.

For the egg wash, I’m using one egg yolk with 1 TB of water, a trick one of my friends taught me when making pies! It gives a nice golden crust to the tops of this pizza pull apart bread.

Pizza Pull Apart Bread with melted butter parmesan cheese garlic salt and chili flakes

When I’m eating pizza, I love a bit of parmesan and red chili flakes. If you are not a pizza with a kick person, leave out the chili flakes, but if you like a slight spice add it in! I also like to add some dried parsley as a garnish too.
