On January 17, I gave meatloaf a makeover on Twin Cities Live! I’m showed you recipes for a Venison and Wild Rice Meatloaf with a Tomato Jam Sauce, Turkey Meatloaf made with muesli and topped with cherry jam and finally, a Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf topped with blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing!

Alice you are so creative! Anything with blue cheese has my attention… of course it will be another 5 months til I can have it… sigh…;) Someone has to have pasteurized right?!?
Thanks Becky! You could sub feta, Queso Fresco or gorgonzola, just check the label ingredients for “pasteurized.”
I’m looking forward to trying the bacon ends, some of the lamb. Almost everything, really. What I’m really dying for is their blue cheese. Best. Stuff. EVER.
