TacOs Pasta (Homemade Spaghetti Os)

Don’t get stuck in a spaghetti rut! Here’s a fun recipe to put a creative spin on spaghetti night at your house!

Ingredients:
3 No Name Chicken Filets
1 Taco seasoning packet (1.25 ounce)
1 Three Cheese Pasta Sauce (24 ounces)
1 package Alphabet Pasta (12 ounces)
1 can Black Refried Beans

Garnish: Mexican cheese and avocado.

Directions:
Prepare grill or heat nonstick skillet to medium heat.

Marinate chicken with Taco seasoning packet and ½ cup of three cheese pasta sauce. If using a George Foreman Grill, cook on preheated grill sprayed with non-stick spray for 5-8 minutes until juices run clear. If using a skillet, heat for 12 minutes, turning once. Once chicken is cooked, cut fillets in half and set aside.

Prepare alphabet pasta according to package directions. In a blender combine the remaining three cheese pasta sauce and can of refried black beans. Blend until smooth, heat and pour over cooked pasta.

Garnish each plate with Mexican cheese and avocado.

Makes 6 servings
