Healthy Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
1 Boxof Ronzoni Pasta (Purple Box)=21
2 1/2 Cups of Forzen Broccoli=0
1 TB of I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Light=1
1/2 small onion=.5
3 TB of Flour=1
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper=0
1 Tsp Paprika=0
2 Cups of Skim Milk=4
1 Cup Chicken Stock=0
7 oz Reduced Fat Gouda (Trader Joe’s)=7
1 TB Dijon Mustard=0

Cook pasta and set aside in a large bowl Cook Broccoli in microwave and add to pasta. Heat a sauce pan on low heat with the butter and add onions, stir constantly and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn heat up and add flour, cayenne, and Paprika. Whisk everything and add milk. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. When sauce bubbles, turn it down to a simmer and sauce should thicken, then add cheese. Stir sauce until all melted. Stir in Mustard.

Add sauce to pasta and broccoli.
