Crockpot Spicy Flank Steak Stoup

Stoup=Chuncky, thick Soup, what happened when Soup and Stew got together
Sometimes I love just throwing things in my crockpot and seeing what happens.

14 oz Can of Lite Coconut Milk=7
6 Roma Tomatoes sliced=0
1/2 Pack of Dry Ranch Dressing=1
4 oz can of jalapenos with juice=1
1 Cup Spinach=0
1 Cup Shredded Carrots=1
1 3/4 Cup of Chicken Broth=0
1/2 TB of minced garlic=0
16 oz Trader Joe’s Flank Steak (cut into small pieces)=20
Put all ingredients into the crockpot. Stir to mix. Cook on low for 11 hours.
Eat like a stew or put ontop of rice or beans for a heartier meal. Top each serving with 1 TB of peanuts for an extra point per serving.

Servings=6 (1 cup servings)
