Bacon and Brown Sugar Mini Filets

Pecan Chicken Caramel Rolls
Ingredients:
1 package Caramel Roll Dough (13.9 ounces)
2 No Name Superb & Simple Pecan Crusted Chicken Breasts (cooked and chopped)
1 Orange (zest only)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Spread caramel sauce (contained in roll package) on the bottom of an ungreased round pan.  Spread chicken on top of caramel sauce and top with rolls.  Zest orange on top of rolls.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Place a plate on top of rolls and flip to place rolls on plate.
Makes 8 Rolls
Parmesan Chicken Baked Brie
Ingredients:
2 packages Crescent Rolls (Garlic Butter flavor)
1lb Brie with rind
2 No Name Superb & Simple Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts (cooked and chopped)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup petite tomatoes (drained)
Directions:
In an oven safe container greased with non-stick spray, wrap first roll of dough on bottom and up the sides, then place in brie.  Top with cooked chicken and Italian seasoning, then tomatoes.  Cover with remaining dough.
Place container inside a crockpot and bake on high for 3 hours or bake in an oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until browned.
Serve with crackers, apples and toasted bread.
Bacon & Brown Sugar Mini Filets
Ingredients:
3 No Name Steaks-Petite Cut (raw, cut into 38 pieces)
1 lb Maple Bacon (raw, cut into 38 pieces)
¼ cup Brown Sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Wrap each piece of steak with bacon and secure with a toothpick.  Toss pieces with brown sugar.  Place on a broiler pan and bake 30 minutes.
Makes 38
