Pistachio “Watergate” Salad

You know them.  Those big bowls of mystery ingredients that sit on summer BBQ potluck tables.  They call themselves “salads.”  These retro salads have been around for a long time and guess what?  People LOVE them.  I decided to give some retro salads a bit of a makeover.  I know people love them so I just gave them a fresh look with a few changes!

Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) containers Chobani Pineapple Yogurt
3.4 ounce box Pistachio Pudding
1 cup Cool Whip
4 Basil Leaves (chopped)
6 Tartlettes
Cherries, Basil Leaves and Pistachio Nuts for garnish

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pudding mix and cool whip.  Once combined, add basil.

Divide the Pistachio Salad into the tartlettes.  Garnish each with a cherry, basil leaf and shelled pistachio nuts.

Makes 6 Tartlettes
