Here’s my television segment from Twin Cities Live when I talked about my new ebook!
I’m so excited to share my first ebook with you! In 2010, I started a freezer meal exchange with fellow moms in Minnesota and each month we get together and trade frozen meals. By my calculations, I have prepared and eaten close to 400 freezer meals in the last five years!
When I talk to other moms about meal planning and preparation, there is always a sense of not knowing where to even begin. Parents will talk about not having enough ideas, making the same thing over and over again and an overall lack of time to invest in the planning, shopping and cooking. What’s my meal planning secret? Freezer meals.
The recipes in Freezer Meals for Moms are easy to assemble and can be eaten that day or frozen and stored for a later date. Whether you are expecting a baby and want to stock your freezer or you are parent and looking to make evenings smoother for meal planning, this book is for you. These recipes are an easy resource to reference when you are making a weekly meal plan, or when thinking about a meal to deliver to someone who could use some good comfort food. Read below to find out all the yummy recipes included!
