I remember a couple of years ago there were signs in the baking aisle that there was a pumpkin shortage so there would be a limited supply of pumpkin that year. What did I do? What any reasonable person would do-I started filling my cart with canned pumpkin. I remember it being pretty ridiculous. Like 10 cans. But canned pumpkin isn’t just for pumpkin bread and pumpkin pie.
