A simple, kid-friendly version of the classic Patty Melt served on Tater Tot Waffles.
Patty Melt

Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (85/15)
- 2 TB Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup Panko
Instructions
- Preheat grill.
- Combine beef, dill pickle relish, garlic salt and onion powder. Once combined, add eggs then panko.
- Spread mixture on grill thinly in one large piece. Grill and until your desired temperature is reached. Minimum recommended internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
- Serve on Tater Tot Waffles
