A simple, kid-friendly version of the classic Patty Melt served on Tater Tot Waffles.Patty Melt

Patty Melt
Serves: 6
  • 1 lb Beef (85/15)
  • 2 TB Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Panko
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Combine beef, dill pickle relish, garlic salt and onion powder. Once combined, add eggs then panko.
  3. Spread mixture on grill thinly in one large piece. Grill and until your desired temperature is reached. Minimum recommended internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
  4. Serve on Tater Tot Waffles

Serve on Tater Tot Waffles.
