Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Pour two cups of water into your Instant Pot.
  2. Place rack in your Instant Pot and arrange eggs. Secure lid.
  3. Press manual setting and set for 3 minutes.
  4. When your Instant Pot has finished cooking, press off.
  5. Use the quick pressure release function. Use a kitchen towel to turn the steam release lever until steam starts to release. Once the steam releases and it is safe to open, the float valve will drop and you may safely open your Instant Pot.
  6. Open Instant Pot and remove eggs. Place eggs into a bowl filled with icy water.
  7. Once the eggs have cooled, peel the eggs and store in your refrigerator in a gallon resealable plastic bag.
