Cookie Butter Scotcheroos

Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cup Corn Syrup
  • 1 ¼ cup Sugar
  • 14 ounces Cookie Butter
  • 4 TB Land O’Lakes Butter (salted, melted)
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 8 ounces of Biscoff Cookies (crushed)
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine corn syrup and sugar and mix to combine. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and add cookie butter and butter.
  2. In a large bowl combine cereal and crushed Biscoff cookies. Pour cookie butter sugar mixture over the cereal and cookies.
  3. In a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper, add mixture and flatten into pan.
  4. In a glass measuring cup, combine semi-sweet and butterscotch chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. Pour chocolate mixture over bars.
  5. Allow to cool and then slice.
