Leftover Turkey Tater Tot Hotdish

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces bacon ends or 16 ounces thick-cut bacon (cut into small pieces)
  • 3 cups cooked turkey (chopped)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp rubbed sage
  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 2 (10¾ ounces) cans Cheddar Cheese soup
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
  • 1 package (32 ounces) of Tater Tots
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Over medium heat in a frying pan, cook bacon until very brown and crispy. Add cooked turkey, onion powder, garlic salt and rubbed sage. Sauté over low heat for 8 minutes. Drain fat from pan and pour meat mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole pan.
  3. On top of the meat mixture, add frozen peas. Then spread cheddar soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Top with tater tots.
  4. Bake 1 hour uncovered.
