Hawaiian Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Beef (85/15)
  • ½ cup Crushed Pineapple (drained)
  • 6 ounces Spam (cubed)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 TB Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Crème Fraîche or Sour Cream for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Combine beef, pineapple, Spam, salt and brown sugar. Once mixed add eggs.
  3. Make ⅓ cup size burgers and grill until your desired temperature is reached. Minimum recommended internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
  4. Serve on Sweet Potato Buns.
