Crock Pot Baked Potatoes
Serves: 6
  • 6 Jumbo Russet Potatoes
  • 3 TB Olive Oil
  • Salt
  1. Wash potatoes. Then brush each potato with olive oil and salt as desired. Prick each potato with a fork and wrap in tin foil.
  2. Cook in slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
  3. Remove from foil and garnish with desired toppings.
