Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

Serves: 6
- 6 Jumbo Russet Potatoes
- 3 TB Olive Oil
- Salt
- Wash potatoes. Then brush each potato with olive oil and salt as desired. Prick each potato with a fork and wrap in tin foil.
- Cook in slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
- Remove from foil and garnish with desired toppings.
