Mini Bacon Cheeseburgers

Sometimes you just need an ooey gooey cheeseburger, am I right? I love stuffed burgers, it’s my go-to comfort food, i also like bacon, oh and pizza too.  These gooey burgers are mini bacon cheeseburgers stuffed with Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano.  I love putting these amazing chunky tomatoes into the burger, they make it so juicy!  These burgers have yummy bacon and pizza flavors, oh and did I mention they are really easy to make?

Ingredients:
1.5 lb Ground Beef (85%)
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
1/3 cup Bacon (cooked and chopped)
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 cup cubed cheese (I used 5 colby cheese sticks chopped)
11 mini buns
Pizza sauce (topping)

Directions:
In a bowl, combine beef, Red Gold Tomatoes, bacon and garlic salt.  Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, make 11 patties.  Press 4-5 cubes of cheese inside patty and seal.  Cook the burgers over medium heat in a covered nonstick pan for 6 minutes, turning once.

Serve burgers on mini buns and top with pizza sauce if desired.

Makes 11 mini burgers
