- 1 lb Beef (85/15)
- ½ cup Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 6 ounces Spam (cubed)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 TB Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- Crème Fraîche or Sour Cream for garnish
- Preheat grill.
- Combine beef, pineapple, Spam, salt and brown sugar. Once mixed add eggs.
- Make ⅓ cup size burgers and grill until your desired temperature is reached. Minimum recommended internal temperature should be 160 degrees.
- Serve on Sweet Potato Buns.
