Chicken and Turkey Stoup

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light=2
2 cloves of garlic=0
4 Celery Ribs (finely chopped)=0
2 small onions (finely chopped)=2
4 Carrots (shredded)=1
1 Bay leaf=0
6 cups of Chicken Broth=0
1.25 lbs of Extra Lean Ground Turkey (blue pack)=15
2 pieces of Village Hearth Light Bread (toasted and finely crushed into crumbs)=1
Dash of Nutmeg=0
1 lb Packaged Gnocchi (Trader Joes in Green Pack)=12
1 Cup of frozen peas=2

Heat a stock pot to medium with the butter. Add the garlic, celery, onions, and carrots. After a few minutes of browning, add the chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil.

In a bowl combine turkey, breadcrumbs and dash of nutmeg. Roll into meatballs, set aside.

Once boiling, add meatballs and Gnocchi, cook until done (Gnocchi will rise to top, meat will turn gray).

Once cooked reduce heat and add peas.
